Is black considered an ink choice?

Yes, if you choose to have black printed in your design, it is considered one of your two-color choices. You may choose a 3rd color for an additional charge of $1 per location.

Can I print a design on 2 sides?

Yes, you may print on a second side. Add $3.00 more per shirt up to 2 colors.

Is it 6 free shirts for every 72 shirts purchased?

No, just 6 free for 72 or more shirts ordered.

If I order more than one type of shirt, which do I get as my 6 free?

Usually your 6 free are the type of shirt that you have the most of.

If I order more than one type of shirt, can I mix my free shirts?

Yes, you can mix your free shirts as long as they are shirts in your order.

Is there any sales tax?

No, there is no sales tax on clothes in New Jersey.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE on all PREPAID orders. Otherwise, the shipping cost is approximately 8% of your order total. This is just an estimate and can change depending on the weight, size and quantity of boxes shipped.

Can I use a PO Box #?

No, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

When should I expect my order?

Orders are usually shipped within three weeks from the day we receive artwork confirmation of your order. Allow approximately another week from shipping date depending on which state you are in. Can I do a rush order?

Yes, you may do a rush order. However, there is a rush order fee. You must call us to make these arrangements.

Is there a charge for Signature Boards?

No, there is no charge for Signature Boards.

What is a PO#?

A PO# is something you get from your bookkeeper. This is needed to process your order without payment. PO stands for "Purchase Order".

What if there is a problem with my order?

Please call. If it was a mistake on our part, we will correct the problem. If it was a mistake on your part, you are responsible for any expenses incurred - but we do our best to work with you.

Will you accept a small order if we need less than the 24 shirt minimum?

Yes! Orders of 12-23 are accepted with an additional charge of $3.00 per garment.

We are graduating next year, do you have any designs for our graduation class?

Yes, any graduation year is available on most designs. Simply note the year you want printed on the design you select.

We have our own artwork, will you be able to screen print it?

Yes, if you have your own shirt design or idea, send us your original artwork, we will be happy to print it for you.

Do we have to order online?

No, you can download a hard copy of our order form and mail or fax it to us.
